Alleged members of the One Don Gang arrive at the Home Circuit Court in downtown Kingston yesterday as their trial continues.

The former don turned prosecution witness who yesterday boasted about being a Casanova sparked laughter in the Home Circuit Court in Kingston.

The second prosecution witness' honesty was questioned by attorney Abina Morriss after he told her more than once that he could not recall while she cross-examined him.

He testified that he could not recall when he started going to Top Banks in St Catherine or when he started collecting money from the alleged gang banker.

"Is it that you can't recall or you're not being truthful?" the lawyer asked.

"Do you consider yourself to be an honest and truthful person," she further asked to which he replied that he did.

"You made many mentions to this court of different females that you have relationships with, is that correct?" the lawyer continued.

"Yes, that was my thing," he answered proudly evoking laughter from the court.

The lawyer quickly asked the witness if his wife knew about "this thing" and he said that she was aware of his extramarital affairs.

"I even get an outside child and I am the one who went and told her about it," he said.

"Is that the behaviour of an honest person?" Morris then asked the witness.

Upset, he shot back "Is this a part of the court, Ma'am?" sparking more laughter from the court.

But the lawyer, who is representing defendants Kevaugn Green, brother of reputed leader Andre 'Blackman' Bryan, Kalifa Williams [Barba] and Chevoy Evans [Kartel] told the witness that he would do anything to wiggle his way out of being truthful.

During further cross-examination, the lawyer labelled the witness a liar but he insisted that the account the court heard about her client was true.

Morris, however, told him that he could not have been in any gang with Williams as he has been in custody since January 2017. But the witness told her that he was aware that her client was arrested and that he had spoken to him while in custody and had sent him credit when Bryaan told him to do so.

She also told him that he was wrong when he described her client Evans as being dark. But the witness told her that when he knew him he was dark even though he is now of a lighter complexion. The witness will face more cross-examination today.
