Patrons swarm Pan di Plaza
When THE STAR entered the Mas Camp, Kingston venue on Saturday night, the answer to the reason for the change of location for the eight staging of Pan di Plaza was clear.
"Based on execution and the growth in patron numbers, a change in venue was inevitable and Mas Camp was the most suitable," said Adrian Wilson, member of the Pan di Plaza team.
The promoters also did their best to design the venue into a plaza-themed setting, ensuring problem-free accessibility to the bars. The exit and entry gates could not be missed and the bathroom facilities were in immaculate condition. However, with the large crowd, the tables for buyers of bottled liquor ran out hours before the event closed, leaving patrons with the option of using boxes and crates to place their high-end spirits on.
That aside, the energy was maintained at a high as selectors Boom Boom, British Escobar, DJ Ariez and JR of Chromatic Sound engaged the patrons.
Here are some highlights from the event.
