Jamaica's Rodman takes Tobago cycle event
Jamaica's Marloe Rodman won the 2015 Tobago International Cycling Classic (TICC) Race Series Division One after four grueling stages of competition on the weekend.
Rodman, 27, finished fourth in the fourth and final stage in the 60 kilometre circuit event, but won the overall title after back-to-back wins in the second and third stages of the four-leg series last Wednesday and Friday, respectively.
"I feel great. I again want to thank my teammates because they really did a good job," Rodman told reporters in Trinidad.
"All I had to do today was to sit and observe the guys who were a threat to the race and our win.
